iiims Co., Ltd. ("we") handles personal information in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and related laws.
What we collect
- What you send through our forms: name, brand, email, website, your message and any files you attach (e.g. a formulation sheet).
- Technical data collected when you browse: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and cookie identifiers.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and assess your product.
- To prepare and perform any engagement you request.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To prevent spam and abuse.
Your files
Formulation sheets and documents are used only to assess the product you asked about. We do not share them with anyone without your permission. If you would like an NDA, tick the box on the form and we will sign one before you send the file.
Service providers and international transfers
We use the following providers, some of which store or process data outside Japan: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, form handling, spam protection — USA), Resend (email delivery — USA), Microsoft (email — Japan/USA), Google LLC (Google Analytics — USA) and Microsoft Clarity (analytics — USA). We do not sell personal information.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand site usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out add-on.
Your rights
